Before L. Miles LeBaron founded LeBaron & Jensen, P.C., he worked in Salt Lake City at Zoll & Tycksen, L.C. While he was with Zoll & Tycksen, Mr. LeBaron worked with many clients in detailed Bankruptcy, Business Litigation, and Real Estate cases, particularly Utah’s Security National Mortgage Co., a considerable retail and wholesale lender.After working with Zoll & Tycksen, Mr. LeBaron went on to found LeBaron & Jensen, P.C., to provide personalized, expert, outcome-oriented legal representation. Mr. LeBaron founded the firm in 2004 and now services businesses and individuals in Weber, Davis, and Salt Lake City County, along with the larger northern Utah region.
Mr. Jensen is an acknowledged and prominent bankruptcy and eviction law attorney for the larger northern Utah vicinity. People know him for his deep commitment to all clients, promptness, approachability, and efficiency to getting results. He is a co-founder and partner of LeBaron & Jensen, P.C.Mr. Jensen received a Juris Doctorate from the University of Wisconsin-Madison and was admitted to the Utah State Bar in 2003. Before he attended law school, he received a Political Science Bachelor of Arts degree, with a minor in Russian, from Brigham Young University.
Mr. Adams joined LeBaron & Jensen in September of 2014. He is a 2014 graduate of the S.J. Quinney College of Law at the University of Utah. He is an active member of the Utah State Bar.
Mr. Adams worked for a small law firm while in law school where he focused primarily on landlord tenant law, contract defaults, and bankruptcy. He also interned for Instructure in their corporate counsel office. During law school he was a Leary Scholar, was on the international board of the J. Reuben Clark Law Society as area director over Central America, a member of the Law School’s counter terrorism simulation design team, and a frequent attender of the pro bono law clinics.
Ms. Hibbert brings to LeBaron & Jensen her years of experience representing various clients from individuals and local sole proprietorships to Fortune 500 companies with an international presence. Ms. Hibbert has a wide range of business and commercial litigation experience. She has successfully both defended and prosecuted breach of contract claims, trademark and copyright infringement claims, and debt collection matters, and real estate litigation matters. However, the focus of her legal practice centers on labor and employment law.
